La bande dessinée Largo Winch, adaptation du roman éponyme, est un succès commercial international vendu à des millions d’exemplaires. Au point d’avoir été adaptée au cinéma. Son auteur Jean Van Hamme avait pourtant décidé de se séparer de son personnage. Le nouvel album qui sort aujourd’hui, titré « L’Etoile du matin » est donc le fruit d’un nouveau scénariste, Eric Giacometti. Celui-ci n’est pas un inconnu. Il est l’auteur avec son compère franc-maçon Jacques Ravenne de BD et de romans à thèmes maçonniques.
Eric Giacometti et son compère franc-maçon Jacques Ravenne sont par exemple les auteurs des aventures du commissaire de police franc maçon Antoine Marcas.
Ils sont aussi les auteurs de thrillers maçonniques.
Et ils signent également ensemble des essais ésotériques.
On retrouve aussi fréquemment Eric Giacometti et Jacques Ravenne à l’affiche de salons du livre maçonnique.
