La tribunal des référés de Paris vient de rejeter les recours qui avaient été déposés visant à empêcher l’UMP de changer son nom et de devenir « Les Républicains ». Le recours avait été déposé par quatre partis et associations de gauche plus de 140 particuliers .
Il était fait grief à Nicolas Sarkozy de vouloir s’attribuer une expression ou un nom faisant parti du domaine commun.
Le vote électronique par les militants validant ce changement de nom aura lieu les 28 et 29 mai prochains.
Qu’on se rassure : le changement de nom ne rendra pas l’UMP et ses dirigeants ni moins néfastes ni plus honnêtes !
