Espagne – Un groupe de jeunes a installé lundi soir, Porte de Alcalá, une crèche de Noël après que le maire de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, ait décidé d’enlever la crèche traditionnelle pour la remplacer par quelques fleurs qui n’ont rien à voir avec Noël et sa signification.
L’image de Saint-Joseph, de la Sainte Vierge et de l’Enfant Jésus ont été posées afin de défendre la valeur de la fête chrétienne célébrant la Nativité, fête qui a été attaquée à plusieurs reprises par le Conseil municipal de la capitale espagnole, qui semble surtout occupé à imposer la laïcité.
Le programme culturel du gouvernement madrilène ne prévoit cette semaine que des activités sans rapport avec Noël.
Pour revendiquer le respect des symboles chrétiens, un autre groupe d’habitants s’est rassemblé lundi soir devant la mairie avec une banderole: « C’est Noël! Bienvenue Enfant Jésus « , imitant la célèbre affiche suspendue par le conseil municipal au Palacio de Cibeles » Réfugiés, bienvenus « .
