Les cendres de Jean Zay ont été mises au Panthéon en mai 2015. Il avait déclaré « se torcher » avec le drapeau français. Bel exemple pour la jeunesse : il avait été ministre de l’Éducation Nationale en 1936. La profanation du drapeau français est sans doute pour Hollande un titre de gloire.
Pourtant s’en prendre au drapeau français est un délit. Dimanche 24 juillet 2016 un groupe de « d’jeunes » jeunes a brûlé un drapeau Français en plein centre de Boulogne-sur-Mer dans une rue reliant la Basse Ville à la Haute Ville. Ils hurlaient à plein poumon « La France aux Arabes ». Des témoins scandalisés ont téléphoné à la police qui est arrivée rapidement et a embarqué le groupe. Les agents de la force publique ont trouvé six personnes fort excitées. Deux filles et quatre garçons. L’un d’entre eux, originaire de Outreau et âgé de 19 ans semblait le responsable du groupe.
Ce garçon a été déféré au parquet qui le poursuit pour outrage au drapeau français ; ceci conformément aux articles 132-11 et 15 du code pénal. Il risque une amende de 1500 euros.
Avec un peu de chance, il se retrouvera au Panthéon comme Jean Zay.
Hasard il est à noter que ces faits se sont déroulés rue Félix Adam où se trouve l’Église Saint Louis desservie par la Fraternité Saint Pie X.
