L’ancienne candidate FN aux municipales à Rethel (Ardennes), Anne-Sophie Leclère, avait été condamnée en juillet 2014 pour avoir réalisé un photo montage accolant la garde des Sceaux, Christine Taubira, à un singe. Pour cette petite plaisanterie Anne-Sophie Leclère avait été condamnée à neuf mois de prison ferme, cinq ans d »inéligibilité et 50.000 € d’amende !!!
Cette condamnation a été annulée ce 22 juin, l’association guyanaise ayant porté plainte ne justifiant pas des prérequis légaux lui permettant de se porter parti civile.
A l’époque, le Front National et Marine le Pen avait lâché Anne-Sophie Leclère en l’excluant du parti.
