Une information qui est passée plus ou moins inaperçu et dont les chefs d’entreprise n’ont pas encore pris la mesure : à partir du 01/01/2015, une complémentaire santé sera obligatoire dans toutes les entreprises. Mais ce n’est pas tout.Jusqu’à présent, l’ensemble des cotisations de ces complémentaires, que ce soit pour la part patronale ou salariale, était défiscalisée, ce qui est normal puisque la complémentaire est là pour palier les déficiences d’un régime obligatoire auquel ils cotisent plus que de raison.Mais le PS ne sait pas s’occuper du bon petit peuple sans l’assommer d’impôts et de taxes supplémentaires : ainsi, non seulement les complémentaires seront obligatoires, mais elles seront considérées comme un avantage en nature et donc taxées comme tel, avec charges sociales et patronales à la clef, et intégration dans le revenu.
Voici comment une mesure dite sociale permet de lever trois impôts supplémentaires.Je devrais dire quatre. Car la complémentaire étant devenue obligatoire pour tous les salariés, cela permettra à la sécurité sociale de se désengager de façon accélérée, de baisser ses taux de remboursement de façon drastique, tout en maintenant les mêmes taux de cotisation. Les complémentaires, se faisant attribuer des nouvelles charges de façon importante, se verront dans l’obligation d’augmenter leurs taux de cotisation.
Quand je me rappelle mes cours d’Histoire à l’école diocésaine où l’on m’enseigna que la révolution avait pour origine les impôts qui étranglaient le petit peuple, il n’est pas à exclure qu’un Flamby monarque ne termine aussi sous une guillotine !
