La chrétienne soudanaise Meriam a été arrêtée mardi avec toute sa famille à l’aéroport de Khartoum par la sécurité nationale alors qu’elle s’apprêtait à quitter le pays au lendemain de l’annulation par une cour d’appel de sa condamnation à mort pour apostasie. Le sort de ses deux enfants, dont un nouveau-né, n’était pas connu dans l’immédiat.
L’avocat de la jeune femme qui avait annoncé sa libération, Me Mohannad Moustafa, avait précisé que les autorités de Khartoum s’expliqueraient, mardi, sur les raisons de cette libération, ce qu’elles n’ont toujours pas fait. Elles vont devoir désormais s’expliquer sur cette nouvelle arrestation.
