A son tour, la Bulgarie souhaite se retirer du Pacte mondial pour les migrations de l’ONU, a indiqué lundi un représentant du parti conservateur au pouvoir, rejoignant la position de la Hongrie et de l’Autriche, ainsi que des Etats-Unis.
« La position du gouvernement bulgare est de ne pas adhérer au pacte mondial pour la migration de l’ONU », a déclaré Tsvetan Tsvetanov, vice-président du parti GERB dirigé par le Premier ministre conservateur Boïko Borissov.
Imaginé pour imposer aux Etats des directives communes en matière de gestion et d’accueil de l’immigration, le contenu du Pacte mondial pour les migrations de l’ONU a été négocié durant plus de 18 mois, validé en juillet et sera formellement adopté par l’ensemble des signataires lors d’un sommet à Marrakech les 10 et 11 décembre 2018.
