Jusqu’au 4 novembre 2017, l’exposition « À table au Moyen Âge » est à découvrir au Château du Clos de Vougeot.
Consacrée à l’une des scènes les plus populaires de la vie quotidienne du Moyen Âge, cette exposition donne à voir et à comprendre les habitudes alimentaires ainsi que les modes de consommation de cette époque.
Que mangeait-on à cette époque? Comment se déroulait les repas? Les catégories sociales se nourrissaient-elles de la même manière?
Tous les éléments de réponse sont à découvrir lors du parcours de l’exposition.
La nouveauté
Pour la première fois au Château du Clos de Vougeot, les anciennes cuisines ont été reconstituées. En visite libre ou guidée, pénétrez dans une cuisine médiévale traditionnelle et découvrez de façon pédagogique et ludique dans quelle ambiance se préparaient les repas…
Une exposition en partenariat avec l’Association Tour Jean Sans Peur à Paris et avec le soutien de Françoise de Montmollin, bénévole sur le chantier du château de Guédelon.
