Après la victoire juridique de Jean-Marie Le Pen hier après-midi, le Front National a publié le communiqué suivant :
Le Front national prend acte de la décision du Tribunal de Nanterre, rendu pour un seul motif de forme. Toutefois, il la conteste et en interjette appel.
En tout état de cause, ce jugement n’aura qu’un seul effet : permettre à Jean-Marie Le Pen de voter dans le cadre du congrès dont les résultats seront connus dans 8 jours, c’est-à-dire le 10 juillet prochain.
Jean-Marie Le Pen, lui, ne l’entend pas de cette oreille et se rend en ce moment même au siège du Front National, dont l’accès lui était interdit depuis plusieurs semaines. Accompagné d’une équipe vidéo, il a bien l’intention d’accéder à son bureau et d’y enregistrer le nouveau Journal de bord.
