La candidate aux présidentielles de 2017, Marine Le Pen était, lundi 13 février, à Menton, pour visiter un poste frontière.
Elle a lancé des accusations très fortes au gouvernement italien, responsable d’un laxisme mortifère en matière d’immigration :
« Il est nécessaire de changer radicalement de politique » a martelé Marine Le Pen. « Tant que les autorités italiennes seront soumises au diktats de l’union Européenne il sera impossible d’éliminer le problème de l’immigration clandestine. Le seul moyen pour réguler ce phénomène est un accord bi-latéral entre l’Italie et la France pour intercepter les bateaux de migrants, les mettre en sûreté et les ramener chez eux. »
Après avoir rendu hommage aux victimes de l’attentat du 14 juillet sur la Promenade des anglais, la présidente du Front National a rencontrer les hommes des « Polices aux frontières » :
« Il est nécessaire de changer radicalement de politique parce que chaque fois qu’un clandestin pose le pied sur les rives de l’UE, il y en a au moins 10 autres qui tentent de faire la même chose. Avec le résultat catastrophique que nous connaissons tous : 30 milles morts en Méditerranée sont un drame humain insupportable. »
Marine Le Pen a aussi souligné le fait qu’il y a
« des terroristes qui s’infiltrent dans le flux de migrants et ils le font essentiellement sur ordre de l’État islamique. Le contrôle aux frontières est une condition sine qua non de la lutte contre le terrorisme. »
