Les éditions Culture & Racines viennent de rééditer un livre majeur pour comprendre les arcanes du monde oligarchique anglo-saxon. Publié en français avec une importante préface de Pierre Hillard en 2015, le livre Histoire secrète de l’oligarchie anglo-américaine était devenu introuvable. Le voici à nouveau disponible et il mérite une place dans votre bibliothèque. Selon les mots de Pierre Hillard, la parution en français de cet ouvrage du Professeur Carroll Quigley est véritablement une œuvre de salubrité publique.
Carroll Quigley (1910-1977), professeur à l’Université de Georgetown, avait rejoint le Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Office où il enseignait les cours sur le développement de la civilisation. Il y fit forte impression sur l’un de ses étudiants, un certain Bill Clinton, futur président des Etats-Unis. Clinton expliqua que son discours d’investiture à la Convention nationale démocrate en 1992 était directement influencé par les cours de Carroll Quigley.
Selon Quigley, les puissances du capitalisme financier (1850-1932) avaient pour ambition de créer un système mondial de contrôle financier dans les mains du secteur privé capable de dominer le système politique de chaque pays et l’économie mondiale.
Ce livre met en lumière cette théorie.
