Vendredi, lors de sa conférence de presse à la Berlinale, Gérard Depardieu a ouvertement critiqué François Hollande, ainsi que le festival de Cannes et la cérémonie des Oscars.
Gérard Depardieu a réaffirmé son « admiration » pour Vladimir Poutine, « pour ce qu’il fait, et pour la population russe« , « n’en déplaise à certains intellectuels français, y compris (ses) amis qui (lui) font des reproches« .
« Je me sens très russe, même à l’étranger. Comment ne pas se sentir plus russe que français avec le président qu’on a en France ? Pour moi, y’a pas photo ».
En 2013, l’acteur avait acquis la nationalité russe après une vive polémique avec le gouvernement Ayrault, suscitée par sa décision de s’installer en Belgique pour des raisons fiscales.
