Le sommet européen a débuté aujourd’hui à Bruxelles et pour la première fois depuis 2008 les questions de défense ont été abordées ce jeudi après-midi. Un blog de défense européen nous révèle sur son compte twitter que François Hollande s’est entretenu en aparté avec Elio Di Rupo, premier ministre belge avant la tenue du conseil, sans doute pour parler de Centrafrique. François Hollande espère toujours que les Européens vont s’engager au côté de la France et de manière plus appuyée. Néanmoins, Elio Di Rupo a précisé aux journalistes que les Belges n’engageront des troupes au sol qu’en cas de plan européen.
