Bernard Stirn est ce juge des référés du Conseil d’Etat qui, sur requête en extrême urgence de Manuel Valls, a interdit le spectacle « Le Mur » de l’humoriste Dieudonné.
Il aura suffit de quelques minutes après ce jugement pour que certains rappellent que Bernard Stirn est l’arrière petit-neveu d’Alfred Dreyfus. Et voilà l’histoire qui se télescope, de l’affaire Dreyfus à l’affaire Dieudonné…
Mais au-delà de cet élément, que sait-on de Bernard Stirn ? Ce magistrat est né en 1952. Sa promotion à l’ENA était baptisée « Guernica », une référence à la guerre d’Espagne qui apparaît comme un clin d’œil à Manuel Valls, ce descendant d’Espagnols « rouges ».
De 1983 à 1984, Bernard Stirn se trouvera à la tête du cabinet du secrétaire d’Etat Roger-Gérard Schwartzenberg (Mouvement des Radicaux de Gauche), ce qui permet de déduire une orientation politique proche de celui qu’il servait.
Mais si l’on aborde la question politique, il faut aussi parler d’Olivier Stirn, frère aîné de Bernard Stirn.
Olivier Stirn est un ancien ministre de François Mitterrand. Il fut contraint de démissionner en 1990 à la suite d’un mini-scandale. On s’était aperçu qu’il avait recruté contre payement l’essentiel du public d’un colloque sur l’avenir de la gauche. Ce public avait été embauché jusque 18h et la salle fut laissée quasi vide à 18h15 alors qu’un orateur tenait toujours le micro…
Girouette politique, Olivier Stirn est passé quasi partout : UDR, UDF, PS, MDR, UMP…
C’est lui qui, en mars 2011, avait annoncé la création de l’Union des Français Musulmans dans le giron de l’UMP. Ce qui ne l’empêche pas d’être membre du comité France-Israël.
Décidément, la question israélienne est omniprésente… Mais a-t-on encore simplement le droit de le constater ?
