Le Front National vit de nombreux soucis internes depuis l’annonce du résultat du second tour de la présidentielle 2017. Dernier rebondissement en date : Florian Philippot, vice-président du FN, a annoncé lundi dans le journal l’Opinion le lancement d’un mouvement appelé «Les Patriotes» qu’il assure n’être ni un nouveau parti ni un «courant» au sein du FN mais dont l’objectif serait de «défendre et porter le message de Marine Le Pen au soir du second tour de l’élection présidentielle».
En vérité cette appellation « Les Patriotes » avait été déposée par le clan Philippot depuis longtemps.
Ce mouvement présidé par Florian Philippot compte deux vice-présidents, l’eurodéputé pro-avortement Sophie Montel et le comédien Franck de Lapersonne. On devrait y retrouver également Maxime Thiebaut, un ancien collaborateur de Nicolas Dupont-Aignan.
Cette initiative de Florian Philippot semble n’être guère du goût de tous au sein de l’état-major du FN. Mardi, l’eurodéputé Gilles Lebreton écrivait sur Twitter : «Je n’adhère pas à l’association Les Patriotes. Je reste à 100% au FN, avec Marine Le Pen». Un tweet aussitôt repris par Louis Aliot, autre vice-président du FN et concubin de Marine Le Pen, ainsi que par plusieurs élus frontistes.
