Saint-Haon-le-Chatel, une des plus importantes cités des Comtes de Forez, espère vous accueillir pour sa 11ème semaine médiévale.
Au programme, veillée autour du patois, stages d’enluminure, conférence, théâtre, concerts, son et lumière, ripailles, expositions…
Le samedi et le dimanche, le marché médiéval et les animations autour des vieux métiers feront vivre ce village de caractère, véritable musée à ciel ouvert où chaque détour de rue vous émerveillera : ici, une façade à pans de bois, là, un hôtel Renaissance. N’oubliez pas l’église romane et ses peintures murales, ni le jardin médiéval.
Ce rendez-vous n’a pas l’ambition de présenter un spectacle de reconstitution historique, mais simplement d’évoquer les modes de vie de nos ancêtres aux Temps d’Antan, en étant le plus respectueux possible de la réalité.
