La participation progresse donc. Les représailles ont moins d’impact sur les familles. Nous comptions justement sur ce fait qui semble se vérifier : plus le temps passe, au fur et à mesure que se succèdent les JRE, et plus les parents s’habituent aux pressions illégales, inopérantes de l’Education Nationale, et les méprisent. Les mensonges tombent jour après jour.
A noter que la peur entraîne de nombreux chefs d’établissements à ne pas communiquer les chiffres exacts au ministère.
