Marie-Aline Meliyi recevait sur le plateau de LCI le député François-Michel Lambert (EELV), à l’origine du texte de loi interdisant les châtiments corporels, et l’écrivain Emmanuel Jaffelin, auteur du livre Apologie de la punition, au sujet de l’interdiction de la fessée, l’une des mesures adoptées par le Parlement dans le cadre de la loi Égalité et citoyenneté. Le débat a rapidement tourné court.
