Sapeurs, l’action du Génie aujourd’hui – Angers (49000) jusqu’au 13 septembre 2017

Le musée du Génie propose une exposition consacrée aux actions menées par les régiments du Génie ces dernières années. Un ensemble  de photographies, prises lors de leurs interventions en France et à l’étranger depuis 2013, met ainsi en valeur les sapeurs avec un message à destination du grand public : le Génie fait partie de votre quotidien. Visibles dans l’actualité au travers de sa participation aux opérations extérieures avec l’ensemble des forces françaises, les unités de l’arme côtoient également régulièrement la population en Métropole en intervenant sur les incendies, les inondations, ou les accidents. Les clichés présentés sont issus des fonds de l’ECPAD mais aussi des unités elles-mêmes offrant ainsi un regard « de l’intérieur » du quotidien des soldats.
