Le projet de loi bioéthique est de retour à l’Assemblée nationale, ce lundi 27 juillet. Il va être examiné par les députés en 2ème lecture. Une accélération du calendrier, en plein cœur de l’été, après une crise sanitaire sans précédent, qui témoigne de la volonté de Macron de le faire passer en force et en douce.
Outre l’élargissement de la PMA aux couples de femmes et aux femmes seules, de nombreux points de frictions devraient animer les séances parlementaires. Le texte de loi inclut aussi la controversée méthode ROPA, fécondation in vitro pour les couples de femmes, permettant à l’une des deux de faire un don d’ovocyte et à l’autre de porter l’enfant, la création d’embryons transgéniques et de chimères animal-homme. Mais aussi le fameux diagnostic génétique préimplantatoire aux aneuploïdie, qui permet de sélectionner in vitro des embryons afin d’éviter par exemple la naissance d’un bébé porteur de handicap. L’opposition invoque « des dérives eugéniques et transhumanistes ».
Le texte comporte 2 300 amendements à examiner toute cette semaine, avec les nouveaux ministres du gouvernement Castex pour le défendre, et un temps législatif programmé de 25 heures.
Les débats s’annoncent vifs et tendus, car même du côté de la majorité ce projet qui s’inscrit dans la droite ligne de l’idéologie gender et la révolution arc-en-ciel anthropocentrique en cours fait peur…
