Le DACA ou Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals est un dispositif créé par Obama en 2012. Il permet aux migrants illégaux de 31 ans arrivés avant 16 ans de bénéficier dans certaines conditions d’un délai de deux ans pour régulariser leur situation. Ils sont pris en charge notamment par le système de santé qui est gratuit pour eux.
Comme il l’avait promis dans sa campagne, Trump a aboli ce dispositif. Parmi les plus protestataires se trouve Parenthood (planning) qui recrute beaucoup d’avortements dans cette catégorie de population qui est la base de sa « clientèle ». La présidente Cécile Richards a déclaré « Je suis furieuse, j’ai le cœur fendu » ; elle qui la détruit le cœur de millions d’enfants non nés. La pauvre ! Elle estime « perdre » 300.000 avortements par an et une partie de son fonds de commerce, (donc) de ses bénéfices.
Ce chiffre est certainement surestimé car Parenthood a fait 323.000 avortements en 2015, soit un tiers des IVG de toute l’Amérique. Naguère, Cécile Richards avait déclaré que l’avortement représentait 3 % des services de Parenthood. Elle s’était vue décerné « trois Pinocchio » par le Washington Post qui pourtant est de gauche. Sa récente déclaration verra son nez s’allonger un peu plus. En France elle eut sans conteste reçu le Bobard d’Or
