Depuis que le gouvernement espagnol a osé remettre en cause l’avortement, l’Espagne assiste à un déchaînement de provocations antichrétiennes.
L’attaque incendiaire a eu lieu vers les 5 heures et a rempli l’église de fumée. Les voisins ont appelé les autorités et les pompiers sont rapidement arrivés à maîtriser les flammes.
Mais l’incendie de l’église Santa Marina n’est pas le seul témoignage d’antichristianisme constaté cette semaine à Séville. Les nuits précédentes, d’autres églises (San Marcos et Santa Paula) avaient été taguées de slogans pro-avortement et de menaces d’incendie.
Sur un des murs de la chapelle des Douleurs, une inscription disait : « Pour nos morts, le feu ! », tandis que près du couvent de Santa Paula, on lisait : « Mon corps, ma décision. Avortement libre » et « Solidarité avec les anarchistes », « Avortement libre » à San Marcos. Des slogans pro-avortement ont été également placés sur les murs d’un collège religieux et d’une maison d’un ordre religieux.
Par ailleurs, le prêtre de l’église San Jacinto a fait connaître le vol de sa statue de l’Enfant Jésus. Le vol a été constaté vendredi dernier à l’issue de la Messe.
Dans les prochains jours, la paroisse de San Julian, dont dépend l’église incendiée, organisera un acte de réparation.
