La Suisse étant une grande et indiscutable démocratie, sa définition du terrorisme et du terroriste est importante. Elle pourrait servir de modèle.
C’est pourquoi je vous transmets la section 5 de la « Loi fédérale sur les mesures policières de lutte contre le terrorisme », pour que vous puissiez apprécier, selon l’$ 5-23e-2 l’extrême précision des faits et actes qui définissent, pour l’instant en Suisse, le terroriste potentiel….
Quand madame Avia va trouver ce texte, elle va améliorer sa définition de la « Haine » !
