On vous réclame sans cesse de l’argent. Mais où va l’argent public ? Nous avons déjà consacré de nombreux articles aux divers gaspillages et invraisemblables subventions en tous genres.
Aujourd’hui, nous découvrons que treize élus de l’agglomération parisienne, issus de la droite molle à l’extrême gauche (7 LR, 3 PC, 1 UDI, 1 MoDem et 1 écolo) vont embarquer sur un vol en classe affaires le 17 mars à Roissy pour passer huit jours tous frais payés au Brésil. Une dizaine de fonctionnaires seront également du voyage.
Qui paye ? Le Syndicat interdépartemental pour l’assainissement de l’agglomération parisienne (Siaap). Ce qui signifie au final que ce sont les Parisiens qui régalent, sur base de leurs factures d’eau qui rapportent 500 millions d’euros par an au Siaap pour nettoyer les eaux usées de Paris et des départements de la petite couronne.
Le Siaap est un machin qui laisse perplexe : voici plus de cinquante ans qu’il est géré par une alliance de gaullistes et de communistes.
Mais que vont-ils faire à Brasilia pour justifier de leur offrir un tel voyage ? Ils vont assister, avec assiduité bien entendu, au 8ème Forum mondial de l’eau.
Et, bien sûr, les élus qui ont la chance d’être administrateurs de la Siaap se font un devoir d’assister chaque année au Forum mondial de l’eau, à la Semaine mondiale de l’eau ainsi qu’au Congrès mondial de l’eau.
De quoi balader ces élus à Daegu, Istanbul, Mexico, Marrakech, Stockholm, Cancun, Cuba, etc, etc.
Selon Le Canard enchaîné, les 2,4 millions d’euros annuellement consacrés par le Siaap à la coopération « sont largement siphonnés pour payer ces petites virées, dont le coût réel est tenu secret« .
Et quand les élus administrateurs du Siaap ne voyagent pas, ils se goinfrent aux frais du Siaap qui consacre 280.000 euros par an en frais de réception.
