C’est également un homme qui, avec des méthodes qui n’étaient pas sans rappeler celles de son coreligionnaire Ulcan (défendu par Gilles-William Goldnadel), se livrait sur son compte tweeter à un harcèlement extrême à l’encontre d’Alain Soral mais également tenait des propos d’un racisme extrême contre les Palestiniens, dont la teneur ferait passer pour sionistes ceux de Goebbels sur les Juifs. Dès l’annonce de cette information sur E&R, un des lecteurs posta le 21 octobre le commentaire suivant, fort à propos : « Marrant. Ce type se félicitait il y a quelques années d’être à l’origine de l’info qui devait envoyer Soral en geôle. Soral est dehors, lui au cachot.Il y a peu, il rendait publique l’adresse de Soral esperant qu’il se fasse agresser.Je suis heureux de savoir cette ordure derrière les barreaux. »
Mais pour quel raison ce photographe se retrouve-t-il derrière les barreaux ? Pour ses campagnes de haine ? Bien sûr que non, nous sommes en France… Si on en croit le Dauphiné Libéré du 18 octobre, « le paparazzi Jean-Claude Elfassi a été placé en détention provisoire mardi 16 octobre à la maison d’arrêt de Bonneville. Connu pour ses nombreuses frasques avec des stars de la chanson et du cinéma, le Franco-Israélien est sous la tutelle du juge d’instruction de Bonneville. Jean-Claude Elfassi a été conduit dans la nuit de mardi à mercredi à la prison bonnevilloise. Le photographe a été placé sous mandat de dépôt à Versailles. À la demande du juge d’instruction, le parquet n’a pas dévoilé le motif de son incarcération. Toutefois, selon une source anonyme, le paparazzi serait mis en cause pour des faits d’escroquerie. Une information que le parquet n’a pas voulu confirmer ou infirmer. Contacté par Le Dauphiné, son avocat Me Kamel Benamghar n’a pas souhaité réagir »
Se sentant couvert par une immunité ethnique émanant d’on ne sait quel protocole, il n’en est pas à sa première mésaventure avec la justice. Les attaques en diffamation ont longtemps fait partie de son quotidien. Guillaume Canet, en 2013, Lara Fabian et Daniel Ducruet avant lui, s’en étaient tous pris physiquement au photographe.
Comme le disait l’humoriste et grand scientifique (il est l’inventeur de l’ancêtre du Nescafé) Alphosne Allais, rien n’est plus réjouissant pour l’honnête homme que de voir quelqu’un recevoir une beigne qu’il a mérité…
