– Pays protestants : Australie, Danemark, Fidji, Finlande, Islande, Iles Marshall, Nouvelle-Zélande, Norvège, Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée, Royaume-Uni, Samoa, Suède, Suisse, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
– Pays orthodoxe : Géorgie, Grèce, Moldavie, Monténégro, Serbie.
– Pays musulmans : Afghanistan, Algérie, Arabie Saoudite, Azerbaïdjan, Bahreïn, Brunei, Comores, Irak, Iran, Jordanie, Libye, Malaisie, Maldives, Mauritanie, Maroc, Ouzbékistan, Pakistan, Tadjikistan, Tunisie, Turquie, Turkménistan.

Le nombre de pays du monde évoquant Dieu dans leur devise sont plus retreints :
