Plusieurs associations catholiques ont protesté après avoir constaté qu’une chorale d’homosexuels déguisés en religieuses, le Mallorca Gay Men’s Chorus, était invitée pour l’ouverture des fêtes de Saint Sébastien, saint patron de Palma de Majorque.
L’Institut de Politique Familiale a souligné que le lobby LGBT, qui réclame des lois toujours plus avantageuses au nom de la lutte contre les discriminations et l’homophobie, pratique fréquemment la christianophobie.
D’autres associations ont dénoncé un « spectacle » qui « offense tous les catholiques« .
Le maire de Palma, José Hila, est le responsable ce cette insulte faite aux catholiques lors des fêtes de Saint Sébastien, saint patron de la ville.
Les élus socialistes et ceux de PODEMOS ne manquent pas une occasion de dénaturer les traditions chrétiennes et d’afficher leur mépris pour tout ce qui est catholique.
