L’association hollandaise Women on Waves a annoncé son intention de distribuer ce samedi des pilules abortives en Pologne via un drone, se moquant ainsi des lois en vigueur dans ce pays.
Women on Waves est connu pour son « bateau de la mort », par lequel elle propose à des femmes issues de pays où l’avortement est illégal de les amener en haute mer afin qu’elles subissent un avortement. La Pologne est un des pays européens où l’avortement est toujours illégal, sauf dans les cas de risque pour la vie de la mère, de viol et de graves malformations du fœtus. Sous le gouvernement communiste après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l’avortement en Pologne était presque illimité. Cela a changé avec la nouvelle loi sur l’avortement de 1993, qui interdit la pratique.
Selon l’organisation pro-avortement, le drone partira ce samedi de Francfort, en Allemagne, à destination de la ville polonaise de Słubice en transportant des colis de pilules abortives.
