Aux Etats-Unis, la tendance est à la banalisation des « enfants transgenres ».
Il faut dire que le marché est juteux tant pour les milieux médicaux que pour les milieux associatifs qui prétendent que tout cela serait normal et naturel.
3.000 dollars pour les tests hormonaux, 1.000 dollars pour les injections d’hormones afin de prendre l’apparence corporelle du sexe opposé, sans parler des consultations. Des parents font subir ces folies à des enfants âgés d’à peine quatre ans ! La version officielle prétend systématiquement que c’est l’enfant qui a demandé cela. Comme s’il était naturel à un enfant de quatre ans de demander de changer de sexe… Comment un enfant de cet âge pourrait-il se rendre compte de ce que cela signifie vraiment et des conséquences de tout cela ? Et s’il change d’avis ? Et s’il demande de devenir un poisson ou une chèvre ?
Et puis vient l’ultime étape : la chirurgie. Le docteur Garofalo, qui s’est fait une « spécialité » de ce domaine, expliquait récemment à un média que des parents lui avaient demandé d’opérer leur fils de 9 ans ! « Ils prétendaient que si je ne lui créais pas un vagin, il allait se suicider. »
