Le journal Le Parisien ( www.leparisien.fr ) signale que deux adolescents racailles ont été interpellés jeudi soir aux abords du canal de l’Ourcq et du canal Saint-Denis à Paris, par les policiers de la brigade anti-criminalité du XIXe arrondissement.
Ils ont agressé trois enfants de 12 ans, samedi et mercredi dernier, pour leur voler leurs téléphones portables. Ils ont surtout forcé une victime à se jeter à l’eau et en ont poussé deux autres dans le canal.
Près du canal Saint-Denis, sur le boulevard Macdonald, samedi vers 20 heures, un premier garçon se fait agresser : deux inconnus lui sautent dessus, le rouent de coups et lui volent son téléphone.
Les agresseurs l’ont ensuite obligé à se jeter à plusieurs reprises dans l’eau glacée, et le filment avec son propre appareil. Puis les voleurs ont pris la fuite en emportant le téléphone.
Mercredi dernier, vers 17 heures, ce sont deux autres enfants de 12 ans qui se sont fait agresser quai de la Marne, près du pont de la rue de l’Ourcq.
Les voleurs leur ont dérobé un téléphone portable et une trottinette, avant de les rouer de coups et de les pousser dans le canal. C’est un véritable drame qui a été évité, car les enfants ont pu être sortis de l’eau.
