Mercredi, un jeune homme d’origine immigrée était jugé en appel pour le viol sauvage et raciste d’une jeune femme française à la gare d’Evry-Courcouronnes.
Les ignobles faits datent de 2014. Le violeur n’avait alors que 17 ans. Mais il s’est conduit comme une immonde crapule. Lui et ses trois complices – 13 à 15 ans au moment des faits !- repèrent une jeune fille à la sortie de la gare d’Evry-Courcouronnes (Essonne), l’encerclent, commencent par lui voler son téléphone et ses bijoux puis la frappent violemment avec un tournevis, un brise-vitre. Ensuite, ils la déshabillent et la violent à plusieurs reprises et à tour de rôle, la torturent en lui écrasant des cigarettes sur le corps, l’humilient, et finissent par l’abandonner prostrée.
Lors du premier jugement en 2015, le leader de la bande avait été condamné à trente ans de prison. Ses complices, âgés de 13 à 15 ans, avaient écopé de cinq à sept ans.
Au moment de leur interpellation, ils avaient expliqué être motivés par des considérations racistes anti-françaises. “Quand je sortirai, je niquerai la France”, avait lancé le meneur du groupe. “Je n’aime pas les Françaises”, avait-il déclaré pour expliquer le choix de sa victime.
