Defend Europe et un patrouilleur libyen mettent fin à la présence du Golfo Azzurro au large des côtes d’Afrique ! Les événements se sont encore accélérés cet après-midi. Alors que nous surveillions depuis plusieurs heures le Golfo Azzurro, bateau de l’ONG Open Arms, nous sommes entrés en contact avec un patrouilleur de gardes-côtes libyens. Son capitaine connaissait notre action et l’a qualifiée de positive. Nous avons échangé sur une base coopérative. Dans le même temps, ce même patrouilleur intimait l’ordre au Golfo Azzurro de quitter le secteur dans les meilleurs délais. Le dernier message du patrouilleur a été : « partez et ne revenez plus ! ». Nous suivons actuellement le Golfo Azzurro pour nous assurer qu’il obéit bien à l’injonction qui lui a été faite. Nous avons enregistré l’ensemble de ces échanges et nous les diffuserons prochainement. Ce nouvel épisode confirme le tournant essentiel que nous sommes en train de vivre en direct depuis quelques jours : la Méditerranée n’est plus le terrain de jeu des passeurs et des ONG. |
