Vendredi, nous apprenions que l’administration fiscale venait de priver Civitas de la possibilité d’offrir à ses donateurs la déductibilité fiscale partielle de leurs dons, avec redressement fiscal de 55.000 euros à la clé. Le motif ? Les activités organisées par Civitas ne seraient pas d’intérêt général.
Par contre, l’association juive Tsidkat-Eliaou, « agréée par différents ministères » serait d’intérêt général lorsqu’elle propose de fournir des douceurs aux soldats israéliens pour les soutenir dans leur invasion du territoire palestinien. Avec un slogan on ne peut plus clair : «Je soutiens les soldats de Tsahal et j’obtiens une réduction d’impôts de 66 % en France ».
L’association communautaire juive fait en effet savoir à ses sympathisants que, en vertu de l’article 200 du Code général des impôts, 66 % du don pour offrir des pizzas, des glaces ou des sodas aux soldats de Tsahal sont déductibles des impôts. Nos lecteurs constateront d’ailleurs qu’un tel don est déductible à 66 % pour une personne imposable en France mais seulement à 35 % pour une personne imposable en Israël.
Offrir la déductibilité en France pour des dons destinés à soutenir l’armée israélienne qui a sciemment bombardé la résidence du Consul de France à Gaza, c’est à n’en pas douter le reflet d’activités considérées d’intérêt général par l’administration fiscale française…
