L’Action Française a communiqué à ce sujet:
« La plus grande injustice est de traiter également les choses inégales » dit Aristote Le verdict est tombé, l’audience des trois embastillés du 11 Novembre, accusés de sifflets contre Hollande et de rébellion, après avoir été reporté, a finalement eu lieu ce mercredi 5 février avec son lot de soulagement : pas de ferme pour nos militants, mais de la prison avec sursis qui en dit long…
Il semblerait en effet que le laxisme pénitentiaire ne joue pas en la faveur de nos jeunes interpellés, dont un, pour inaugurer son casier, s’est vu gratifier d’une première condamnation à un mois de prison avec sursis, alors qu’aucune preuve n’a pu être établie. Les peines allant jusqu’à 4 mois pour les autres ont toutes été assorties d’amendes au bénéfice des policiers qui n’ont eu pourtant aucune interruption temporaire de travail. A l’inverse les 3 militants victimes des violences policières ont eu 6 jours d’I.T.T. Les Français ne peuvent qu’être horrifiés par ces mesures où les citoyens (ici des étudiants) sont rackettés par une police politique qui arrondit ses fins de mois sur des jeunes militants. La sévérité du tribunal en l’absence de preuves établies prouve que désormais en France le doute ne bénéficie plus au justiciable. La justice a donc bien relayé le message envoyé à notre encontre par les instances dirigeantes.
Loin de réussir à intimider les militants ces condamnations arbitraires renforcent tous les résistants dans leur détermination à servir la France.
