Enregistrement vidéo de la conférence d’Alain Escada, président de Civitas, donnée le 16 février 2019, à l’invitation d’E&R Midi-Pyrénées, en collaboration avec Prenons le Maquis.

Alain Escada décrit l’évolution de l’urbanisation à travers les siècles et jusqu’à la décadence urbaine observée aujourd’hui. Il met en évidence l’opposition radicale entre la cité médiévale basée sur un ordre catholique et la ville moderne basée sur le nomadisme consumériste. Le président de Civitas conclut par des pistes pour réimplanter un autre type de société au sein d’une France rurale aujourd’hui désertée.
