David Bowie est décédé et les médias d’Europe et d’Amérique n’en finissent pas de pleurer leur icône, transgenre avant l’heure et drogué impénitent.
Né à Londres en 1947 sous le nom de David Robert Jones, il choisit David Bowie comme nom de scène et devient un célèbre chanteur et compositeur.
Dès 1972, David Bowie parle ouvertement de sa bisexualité. En 1976, dans une interview au magazine Playboy, il précise que cela l’a aidé dans le lancement de sa carrière.
Très rapidement, il choisit d’incarner une image de la décadence des mœurs. Cocaïnomane déjanté, il affirme que Hitler était « la première rock star » et le compare à Mick Jagger au niveau de l’art de la mise en scène et du maniement des foules.
Cultivant l’androgynie, il apparaît fréquemment travesti.
Voilà le « modèle » que pleurent les médias…
