Le journal lavoixdunord.fr rapporte l’agression au cutter commise lundi par Nabard Arsalan, un demandeur d’asile irakien de 25 ans. Les faits se sont déroulés peu avant 13 h, dans un bus, au niveau des Glacis.
Parce qu’un passager refuse de lui donner une cigarette, le demandeur d’asile sort de sa poche un cutter et tranche la joue du passager, juste en dessous de l’œil.
La victime a été transportée à l’hôpital et a reçu dix points de suture.
L’agresseur a été placé en garde à vue et présenté ce mercredi en comparution immédiate. Nabard Arsalan avait déjà été condamné, sous une autre identité, à trois mois de prison avec sursis en juillet dernier pour des violences sur des policiers et un port d’arme prohibé.
Ah, ces « chances » pour la France…
