Radio France signale que, pour la troisième année, l’association mancelle Tadamoon organise le transport de demandeurs d’asile vers les vergers du sud Sarthe. Une cinquantaine de demandeurs d’asile (Soudanais, Yeménites, Ethiopiens, Tchadiens et Erythréens) vont cueillir les pommes à Chenu (72) et à Saint-Aubin-le-Dépeint (37)
Un bus sera affrété chaque jour pour faire l’aller-retour entre Le Mans et le sud Sarthe. Le coût de ce transport des demandeurs d’asile, 485 € par jour, est pris en charge par la ville du Mans, la métropole, le département et l’Etat.
« Mais on demande également 3 € à chaque cueilleur pour chaque aller-retour, pour leur faire comprendre que ce bus, il n’est pas gratuit », affirme Brigitte Coulon-Marques, présidente de l’association Tadamoon, qui dit également que tous les papiers (titre de séjour, CMU, etc.) et les contrats de travail sont bien en règle.
Selon Radio France, chacun de ces demandeurs d’asile gagnera environ 700 € pour 15 jours de travail.
Encore un secteur qui ne sera plus occupé par des Français.
