Comme en France et en Belgique, les attentats commis au Danemark devraient opportunément permettre la mise en place de nouvelles lois et règlementations liberticides sous couvert de lutte contre le terrorisme.
Dans le nouveau plan antiterroriste présenté par gouvernement danois, il est notamment question de donner carte blanche aux services du renseignement extérieur de la Défense d’espionner les ressortissants danois à l’étranger et de les mettre sur écoute sans mandat d’un juge.
« Avec cette mesure, des personnes innocentes, qui se trouvent par hasard à l’étranger, peuvent être surveillées sans aucune forme de contrôle », met en garde le professeur Eva Smith dans le quotidien danois Politiken.
