Belgique – Depuis le 19 octobre, dans le cadre des restrictions prises au nom de la prétendue lutte contre l’épidémie de coronavirus, les restaurants et les cafés ont été contraints de fermer leurs portes. En ce qui concerne les hôtels, les services de restauration sont uniquement autorisés pour les clients qui y séjournent.
Or, deux importantes personnalités politiques belges, Joachim Coens, président du CD&V (parti de la nouvelle majorité gouvernementale) et l’ancien ministre de l’Intérieur Pieter De Crem ont été aperçus en train de déjeuner dans le restaurant d’un hôtel bruxellois sans y séjourner, violant ainsi les règles strictes en vigueur dans le secteur de l’Horeca. C’est dire à quel point les politiciens croient aux mesures qu’ils imposent à leurs concitoyens.
Sur Twitter, un certain Jeroen Smets a diffusé la photo des deux politiciens assis à table en train de prendre un bon repas accompagné d’un verre de vin. “Il semblerait que Coens et De Crem piétinent les règles. Ou alors ont-ils pris une chambre ensemble?”, écrit Jeroen Smets en commentaire de sa photo.
Contactés par la presse, les deux politiciens ont simplement présenté leurs excuses et déclaré que cela ne se reproduira plus.
