Une vaccination qui serait obligatoire contre le Covid 19, voilà bien sûr le sujet qui inquiète le plus ceux qui dénoncent une dictature sanitaire.
Aux Etats-Unis, Dov Fox, professeur de droit et directeur du Centre pour la politique du droit de la santé et la bioéthique de l’Université de San Diego, affirme que les Etats américains ont le pouvoir d’imposer des amendes ou d’emprisonner les personnes qui refuseraient le vaccin contre le coronavirus.
« Les Etats peuvent imposer des vaccinations de manière plus ou moins intrusive« , a-t-il déclaré lors d’une interview. « Ils peuvent limiter l’accès aux écoles, aux services ou aux emplois si les gens ne se font pas vacciner. Ils peuvent les obliger à payer une amende ou même les enfermer en prison.«
