Italie – L’Autorité nationale de santé italienne (AIFA) a donné son feu vert à l’utilisation de l’hydroxychloroquine pour les personnes atteintes du coronavirus (covid 19) et promet que des dispositions seront très prochainement prises pour permettre à chaque médecin de famille de pouvoir en prescrire.
Cette décision de l’Autorité nationale de santé italienne a été publiée au Journal officiel et concerne les antipaludiques chloroquine et hydroxychloroquine mais aussi les antiviraux utilisés contre le SIDA lopinavir / ritonavir, danuravir / cobicistat , darunavir, ritonavir « pour le traitement, même à domicile, des patients infectés par le SRAS-CoV« .
« Les médicaments à base de chloroquine, d’hydroxychloroquine, de lopinavir / ritonavir, de danuravir / cobicistat, de darunavir, de ritonavir sont entièrement à la charge du Service national de santé pour le traitement des patients souffrant d’une infection par le SRAS-CoV2 (COVID -19), dans le respect des conditions qui lui sont indiquées « , indique la publication au Journal officiel italien.
