Mardi, la Cour de Cassation a rejeté le pourvoi en cassation d’Eric Zemmour et confirmé sa condamnation “pour appel au rejet et à la discrimination des musulmans en tant que tels”, l’obligeant à dédommager une nouvelle fois l’association CAPJPO-EuroPalestine qui a porté plainte contre ses propos sur l’islam tenus lors de l’émission “C à vous”, diffusée sur la chaîne de télévision France 5, le 6 septembre 2016.
La Cour de Cassation, a confirmé le jugement du Tribunal de 1ère instance et de la Cour d’Appel de Paris, qui avaient condamné Eric Zemmour pour “provocation à la discrimination, à la haine ou à la violence à l’égard d’une personne ou d’un groupe de personnes à raison de leur origine ou de leur appartenance ou de leur non-appartenance à une ethnie, une nation, une race ou une religion déterminée.”
Il se confirme ainsi que l’islamophobie et l’antisémitisme sont sévèrement punis en France. Le racisme anti-blanc, le racisme anti-français et les appels à la discrimination à l’encontre des catholiques continuent, par contre, d’être impunis.
