Belgique – Avant un match de football auquel participait l’équipe du Maroc, le rappeur Benlabel (Jelali D.) avait lancé un appel sur les réseaux sociaux à « tout cramer à Lemonnier, Maroc City gang« . Ce commentaire était accompagné d’une photo montrant le dit Benlabel, une arme de guerre dans chaque main.
Le match terminé, une violente émeute embrasait le centre ville de Bruxelles. Des centaines de jeunes d’origine immigrée affrontaient la police, détruisaient des véhicules et pillaient des commerces.
Le parquet a fait le lien avec le message posté par le rappeur sur Facebook. Celui-ci doit dès lors répondre de menaces écrites et utilisation de moyens de communication électronique pour commettre des dommages.
« Il s’agissait clairement de menaces écrites adressées aux commerçants, aux résidents, à la police et à tous ceux qui se seraient trouvés sur place« , a affirmé le procureur. Deux ans de prison sont requis contre le rappeur.
Avec aplomb, le rappeur a répondu lors de son procès, vendredi, que ce message n’était qu’un appel à la fête dans le cas d’une qualification du Maroc à la Coupe du monde de football.
Comparer le rappeur Benlabel et Johnny Hallyday
Et son avocat a même osé, face aux caméras de télévision, faire une comparaison inattendue. Le fait que son client rappeur ait appelé, fusils d’assaut en mains, « à tout cramer » un soir de match, ce serait comparable à… Johnny Hallyday qui chantait « allumez le feu » dans le stade de France !
Que l’on sache, les Français n’avaient pourtant pas incendier le stade de France ni les voitures aux alentours et ne s’étaient pas transformés en émeutiers à l’écoute de cette chanson de Johnny Hallyday.
Rappelons une fois de plus que le nom de scène Benlabel choisi par le rappeur fait référence à Ben Laden. Rappelons aussi que ce rappeur Benlabel a des accointances avec les Kamikazes Riders, un groupe de motards islamistes qui a fait l’objet d’une enquête pour terrorisme.
