Communiqué de la Chambre Nationale des Professions Libérales suite au projet de déréglementation :
Parce que cette dérèglementation sauvage ouvrira la porte à des professionnels insuffisamment formés,
Parce que l’ouverture de nos professions aux capitaux internationaux (fonds de pensions, et investisseurs spéculatifs) créera des oligopoles ne répondant qu’à un impératif de profit,
Parce que seules nos professions, indépendantes des pouvoirs financiers, des pouvoirs politiques et des groupes de pressions sont en capacité, dans le respect de nos règles déontologiques, d’assurer la mission de service public qui est le nôtre au bénéfice des usagers,
Parce que la Médecine, le Droit, les Techniques ne sont pas des marchandises qui peuvent être bradées aux intérêts financiers.
Parce que le gouvernement agit sans concertation.
En application du Décret du 21 février 2011 ayant, nous exigeons que soit réunie la Commission Nationale des Professions Libérales, composée de représentants des deux organisations représentatives des Professions Libérales, des Ordres, et de personnalités qualifiées. Seule cette commission est en mesure de réagir utilement au projet de réforme des 37 professions règlementées.
