Ce vendredi 30 octobre 2020, Civitas a déposé une procédure en référé devant le Conseil d’Etat pour contrer la décision d’Emmanuel Macron confirmée par son ministre Darmanin d’interdire aux catholiques l’assistance à la Messe dans le cadre des nouvelles restrictions imposées au nom de la prétendue lutte contre le coronavirus. Civitas se montre ainsi une nouvelle fois à la pointe du combat pour la défense de la Messe et des catholiques.
Rappelons que Civitas avait déjà obtenu gain de cause devant le Conseil d’Etat sur ce sujet lors de la première interdiction d’assister à la Messe.
