Ce lundi 4 mai, poursuivant ses efforts pour rendre la sainte Messe aux catholiques, CIVITAS a déposé une deuxième requête en référé liberté devant le Conseil d’Etat.
La première requête, déposée par CIVITAS le 1er mai, visait l’article 8, alinéa IV, du décret 2020-293 du 23 mars 2020 prescrivant les mesures générales pour faire face à l’épidémie de covid-19 dans le cadre de l’état d’urgence sanitaire. Cet alinéa IV empêche les catholiques d’avoir accès à la sainte Messe dans les églises de France et les prive de l’accès aux sacrements indispensables à leur vie spirituelle et religieuse.
La deuxième requête déposée ce lundi matin demande au Conseil d’Etat d’annuler la décision verbale du premier ministre du 28 avril 2020 qui interdit toute célébration publique de la sainte Messe jusqu’au 2 juin 2020 et d’enjoindre au premier ministre ou à toute autorité compétente d’autoriser la célébration publique de la sainte Messe dès le 11 mai sous peine d’astreinte par jour de retard.
CIVITAS appelle les catholiques à prier pour la réussite de ces actions devant le Conseil d’Etat.
