On vit vraiment une époque… ahurissante dans la France occupée ! Un policier a été condamné ce jeudi 23 novembre à 6 mois de prison ferme pour avoir giflé un soi-disant « migrant ».
L’affaire s’était déroulée durant l’été 2016 : un agent de la police aux frontières avait giflé dans un centre de rétention près de Calais non pas un « migrant » comme l’appelle la bien-pensance humanitariste mais un clandestin en situation illégale sur le territoire français. Il assurait l’escorte de cet individu jusqu’en salle de jugement du centre de rétention administrative de Coquelles. C’est à ce moment-là qu’il lui aurait décroché sa gifle devant une greffière qui a ensuite témoigné contre lui.
Selon les explications de son avocat Me Antoine Deguines, ce geste était de protection et avait été motivé par les mouvements dangereux du clandestin: « C’était un geste malheureux de protection, il n’a pas voulu gifler ». « Cette personne était assez agitée, elle se relevait tout le temps, il a craint un coup de tête et a allongé le bras qui est allé sur le visage de la personne ».
La défense de l’avocat n’a pas convaincu le tribunal qui a suivi le réquisitoire du parquet qui demandait la condamnation du policier au motif que ce « migrant » était menotté ! Le policier d’une quarantaine d’année s’est également vu interdit de détention d’arme pendant cinq ans et interdit de fonction publique pendant deux ans avec sursis.
Avec de tels jugements les clandestins peuvent totalement se sentir libres de faire ce qu’ils veulent chez nous… Ce sont les policiers qui vont en prison à leur place.
On vit vraiment une époque … ahurissante !
