Le 88e congrès des Départements de France, réuni à Rennes, aborde la problématique des immigrés classés « Mineurs non accompagnés » (MNA) qui, au titre de l’aide sociale à l’enfance, bénéficient de l’aide des collectivités. Ce qui crée un appel d’air et fait exploser les budgets.
Ces « Mineurs non accompagnés » se présentent comme âgés de 15 à 18 ans, avec la quantité d’abus que l’on sait de jeunes hommes qui ont en réalité largement dépassé cet âge. La plupart (95 %) sont des garçons et 70 % viennent d’Afrique, en particulier d’Afrique de l’Ouest francophone, où il n’y a pas de guerre. C’est donc bien une immigration économique et illégale massive.
Jean-Luc Chenut, le président du conseil départemental d’Ille-et-Vilaine, a abordé le sujet, ce jeudi, à Rennes, en ouverture du 88e congrès des Départements : « Le Département est chaque jour sur tous les fronts de la solidarité, il faut redire l’urgence de la situation et l’impératif de réponses enfin à la hauteur de problèmes posés. »
Car le coût de la prise en charge d’un « mineur étranger non accompagné » au titre de l’aide sociale à l’enfance (ASE) atteint au bas mot 50.000 € par an, ce qui, à l’échelle du territoire national, représentera une ardoise d’au moins 1,5 milliard d’euros d’ici la fin de l’année, chiffre sans cesse réévalué à la hausse.
Et qui paye ? Vous et moi, les contribuables dindons de cette mauvaise farce.
